广东茶艺师大赛十周年庆典活动成功举办

11月20日下午，由广东省茶业行业协会主办，2015中国（广州）国际茶业博览会组委会、广州芳村万象茶叶商贸城共同承办的"广东茶艺师职业技能大赛十周年庆典暨2015'万象杯'广东茶艺师职业技能大赛颁奖典礼活动"，在广交会展馆C区16.3馆隆重举行。

随后，2015年"万象杯"广东茶艺师职业技能大赛裁判长伍锡岳教授作了决赛结果报告：本次竞赛共有404人参加总决赛，其中团体赛68队，个人赛46人，共决出职工组个人赛金奖5名、银奖14名、铜奖18名、优胜奖9名；职工组团体赛金奖3队、银奖13队、铜奖14队、优胜奖5队；师生组金奖3队、银奖12队、铜奖13队、优胜奖5队。

穆有为会长在庆典致辞中表示,"广东省茶业行业协会历经十年的不断探索实践和发展进步，成功打造广东茶艺师职业技能大赛这一品牌竞赛，得到了政府职能部门、广大企事业单位、院校和茶业从业人员、主承办、协办单位以及全体裁判员和工作人员的大力支持和辛勤付出。大赛将以十周年庆典为契机，不断适应新形势的要求，开拓创新，努力将这一竞赛打造成我国茶艺师高技能人才培养选拔的重要平台，更好地服务于我国茶叶事业的发展。"

广东省职业技能鉴定指导中心副主任叶磊，在庆典上宣读了2015"万象杯"广东茶艺师职业技能大赛竞赛"广东省技术能手"表彰决定，并作重要讲话："注重茶文化的推广，建设高素质、高技能的专业人才队伍是当前加快我国茶产业优化升级、提供企业竞争力的重要举措。对于拥有全国最大茶叶消费贸易市场的广东来说，高素质和高技能茶业人才紧缺，已成为广东茶业领先发展的最大制约因素。广东茶艺师职业技能大赛的成功举办，为省内外培养和选拔了一大批高技能人才，带动了大量就业，为我省茶产业的发展发挥了应有的作用。希望大赛主办单位抓住机遇，不断提升竞赛层次，扩大竞赛工种，发挥品牌效应，引领我省茶业人才培养工作，助推产业更大发展。"
